John Britten Single Motor
Meet the smallest John Britten engine.
- Legendary Kiwi motorcycle engineer John Britten had always wanted to build a single-cylinder engine to race in Supermono
- Once Britten was diagnosed with cancer, the single project was rushed through as it was one of the legendary engineer's final wishes to see it run
- Sadly, despite the monumental efforts that went into ticking this off John Britten’s bucket list, he passed away a mere two weeks before the project was completed.
Nothing’s as good as seeing the real deal: to admire this beauty up close and to find out more technical details, make sure you come on into Classic Motorcycle Mecca – the leading classic motorcycle collection in the Southern Hemisphere.
